Change is welcomed
We are not the same. From each day to another we learn, and learn, and learn so many new things and ways to live life in peace.
We are the authors of our life, and sometimes our inner narrative it’s not encourages us to fight for our dreams. This is because we maybe had bad experiences which are not processed yet, or maybe we don’t have yet the capacity to let be revealed what it’s meant for us, or maybe we have to learn to recognize what chapter should be closed to start to write another one, in a totally new book.
Maybe right now our life is much easier and with more peace, but we are so used to our past life and we can be caught so easily in the past thoughts. What we can do? We can catch that thought that took us to highest level of anxiety and try to simply adapt to the new circumstances we live in the now. Because in the now for sure the life is much better than maybe 1 year ago.
It’s crucial to maintain the value of your dreams and your sense of self. So please continue to navigate through life’s changes without fear.
Changing your mind and your thoughts it can looks scary but those are also the experiences in which you’ll see your true value. The value of your experiences shape your current capabilities to see what you need to see and to feel what you have to feel.
Change is good and healthy, without it ,we can’t gain a clear understanding of what we desire from life. Change in the beginning doesn’t offer comfort but offer you the chance to get lead in different directions from which we absolutely we will learn something.
Let change be and you’ll become more flexible with everything you are and you’ll be in acceptance with everything you believed you have to be till 29. Life is now. Change is now. You are here. Enjoy life.
