Don’t spend a lifetime apologizing for your existence

The courage to be yourself

There will be people with whom you have to walk on eggshells and there will be people who will protect you in their hand like you’re a perfect white egg.

Saying sorry for being too sensitive, lovable, caring or kind, will rape your capacity to see the real beauty which is in yourself and in the world. To be very careful about what you say or to do to someone because they will upset, is a huge consumer of internal energy and the nervous system will react to it. We should never apologize for who we are- but this happens because we fear that some people will not like or value us.

Worrying about who will love us is a sign of wasting time and life. To be clear, this emotions of incapacity and self-lack appear when we don’t know who we are and we don’t interact enough with our values and what we really like.

I’ve been there- I know how it feels to walk on eggshells and I did that just because I think I will loose connections if I will say how I feel. In the meantime actually some connections fade and others grew up. And I understand that staying true to yourself and your beliefs will be offensive to others and very appreciative to others.

And just like that, not express your opinions and emotions you can become a robot that’s programmed by perceptions of other people. They are not you, and you’ll become more happy and more content if you become yourself. And it’s okay if they don’t understand the true meaning behind your feelings, stay true to yourself. Let’s normalize that people have a different level of consciousness and sometimes they are not ready to see what they are or what it’s in front of them. So, you do you. Stay true to yourself.

Well, not living your life on your own terms is a waste of time and meeting good people who will soothes your nervous system. Taking control of our own life is huge step, will cost your past life and some people that are not meant to be in your this chapter of life. You don’t have to fit to be happy, you have to live by your own terms. Your tribe you’ll find you by being yourself.

I can tell you from a personal experience that being yourself is the most liberating and exciting thing in life. We always have a choice to make: maintain connections that will bring you peace and joy or connections that maintain your cortisol level high. The good idea is that…. Being yourself you’ll don’t have to maintain nothing, will flow naturally to you.

Don’t apologize for who you are or what you feel- saying how you feel will never ruin a real connection and the best people will bring out the best in you. Your people will find you like those people people will be found by you.
