How comic we are to forget that we are the biggest love of our life. We can do so many things for ourselves and for others when we are in a full connection with ourselves. And we can be in full connection only when we take care of our needs. We never have to forget that no one can have our back like we do. Do more of your favorite things because like that you’ll have enough space to receive all the good things that are coming to you.

There are so many unwritten rules about how to maintain our emotional well-being.

Here are some examples:

-take you out to dates

-read as much as you can

-write about your feelings

-spend time with people who lift you up

-choose yourself every time

-express yourself

By doing things like this, simple things, you can become a home for yourself. To become your biggest love. Because a love is something we take care of. Let’s take care of ourselves like we take care of someone we appreciate. And love has so many forms. Millions forms of love. And you are one of them.

Being connected with your own values make you less likely to get stuck where you don’t belong and don’t grow. There so many opportunities out there and so many lives we’ll live. Only if we allow it. Just don’t settle.

By spending time with yourself you’ll allow yourself to know you better and your way of being will become an inspiration for other people. Your existence can make a big difference in someone’s life.

The most important, when you are in a connection with yourself you’ll don’t want to hide yourself and your gifts. How can find you the people who are looking for you, if you hide yourself? Show up and just be. You are a form of love.

Today I took myself out for a date, to sit with me and enjoy my presence. It feels good. Have a nice day. Till next time.
