Follow what gives you serenity, like sunflower follow the sun
Look only for opportunities to grow and places which brings the best in you. Follow what brings you joy and pursue what brings you good feelings. When the vibes are correct you will feel it. From people to experiences or from books to movies. Focus on the bright side of your life and choose to water what waters you. But the most important, water yourself with simple things and enjoy those things. Literally, every little thing is important for our system.
At many different points in my life I understood that is so important to look at the bright side and at the half full of glass because worrying is not helping and is not healthy- And will not change with nothing the situation if we worry about certain things or aspects. Looking at the bright side we will see solutions even where we couldn’t think we will see them.
By starting to follow and practice what gives you serenity, calmness and confidence, you’ll start to observe this also in people and you will be much aware of what kind of people you want to have by your side. Observe the people who soothe your nervous system and people who spike your cortisol level. Observe the people who encourage you to become the best version of yourself and give you solutions but also observe the ones who make drama about anything. Observe and choose on what side you want to stay.
Following what brings you joy is actually easy and one of the best pleasures in life is to have the courage to choose what is the best for you and what gives you serenity.
