Boring era is here. Peace is around and show you the way. A calm nervous system will always guide you to the best path. Boring means to trust yourself that you can play your inner song and all the things that will bring you joy.

Once upon a time it was a woman who was always trying to rush the things and control the environment, because that was her self-defense mechanism — in a world who wasn’t ready to show up for her- this woman was me. She is me.

Now I understand and I have eyes to see that a world who don’t know how to show up for me, it’s a world full of uncertainty and has no space for development. The need to rush and to fit in this world, will eventually block my path to arrive where I belong to. But guess what, it doesn’t matter, you’ll arrive where you need to arrive.

Slowing down is actually a great thing for our system and a good sign that we start to heal our deep wounds. When we don’t have the need to rush some certain thighs or to be near the people that didn’t see our worth, is a big sign that we did our inside job and we explored every little inch of our inner world.

Being boring is good. Being boring means peace. Boring means accepting the life you live and not having the desire to change it, because everything it will allign in divine timing.

Being boring means to not rush the present, slow down and enjoy your presence here. And sometime being boring scares a lot of people, this happens because the system is used to be in a rush and stability and peace it’s like a foreign language.

Be gentle with yourself and with your boring era, the you from five years ago or you from yesterday would be so proud of your “boring” life.

Boring life means that you chose yourself over the chaos- and part of our journey means that we need to take time and celebrate our little wins.

For me, being boring is adorable. Boring is having no high level of cortisol in the body and choosing only situations and people who soothes the nervous system.

Choose wisely, choose boring.
