The power of a human being comes from calmness and gentleness. We can speak more powerfully through our calmness than reacting in front of what makes us angry. Lowering the voice actually gives a voice to that part of ourselves that once was voiceless. Calmness is what makes you feel good and happy, because you can be confident by simply being and observing than reacting in front of a situation.

Calmness is a superpower. Calmness could be cultivated and integrated in our daily life, calmness means that we are much aware of what present gives to us and what we can do, to improve the way we see the world.

From a psychological perspective, when we are in calm state of mind we can make better decisions which are based on truth, on what we actually see and what actually happened, not on emotions, and relationships will improve. Every relationship will function much better because we will not throw our frustration on the other person. We don’t have to raise our voice in front of someone, we can just try to be more aware of what that person or situation awake in our system and work with that. No one can work with what you have in your sistem, only yourself.

We should raise our words not our voice. This come with time and inner work. Trying to be more in the present moment can help to be more aware of what signal your system sends to you.

The most beautiful thing can happen after you discover what calmness can do to your mind and body is that you’ll search this feeling and when you’ll spot some drama or chaos, you’ll gently remove yourself from that experience.

Part of our unprocessed emotions are stocked in the body not in the mind, and our body will feel much better and calm near the right people. And calmness is a love language, we are sometimes attracted by chaos and we should break that pattern. Let’s choose calmness when we spot that and choose “boring”. “Boring” is actually a good sign.

Part of our purpose on this earth is to experience life in peace, calm, and enjoying the now. Let’s look for more people whom lifestyle is composed by staying calm. We already met the people who have bring the chaos in our life. Kind reminder: calm attract more calm. What we are we attract.
