Uncertainty is a natural and unavoidable part of our life. Little parts of our life is constant but till one point. We have to open up our eyes and understand where to start to not live anymore in incertitude.

The uncertainty is all around us and we have to learn how to tolerate and accept that this also exists in our life. As humans beings, we have to feel safe and have a sense of control of our life. The safety feeling for a human being is like we are own pilots and this thing give a flying feeling- is like we can face the unknown without fear.

Through uncertainty we grow and actually, we are committed to grow- because we have to be curious of what life prepare forward for our journey. There were times when the uncertainty was difficult for me to handle, leaves me anxious, stressed and living in fear to not lose people or situations. This happened because parts of me didn’t understand at that time others ones stories and didn’t understand mine also.

And one day I decided to transform the uncertainty and the wild sensibility that lived in me, in curiosity- just because my system have the right to live more freely and in peace. And that wild sensibility became my anchor, my treasure and my compass in my journey.

From a psychological perspective, actually uncertainty is incertitude. For a sensible system, who has to do some more inner work- when some incertitude feelings are present , for the system is like living again the old traumatic memories. The incertitude gives a state of non-equilibrium and so much predictions of the future. So, when you live in incertitude you don’t live in the present, you live in your head. From a personal point of view, I have had enough time living in my head and when I decided to transform the uncertainty in curiosity I started to live in the moment. Now, I live in the present and it gives me so much joy because I am so aware of what is happening in my field. I embrace the past and cherish the present.

I learned to tolerate uncertainty through curiosity. Curiosity about who I am, what are my values, what I want to be and what to accept in my life.

We can learn to transform the uncertainty in a curiosity state of mind, just to live a better life than we could ever imagine. By learning how to be proactive in caring about ourselves, being more curious to understand who we are and what we can do different for us ( not in a egocentric way, but taking care of our system), we can close the loop between our past self and our actual self.

Closing the loop can give us the opportunity to be more open and honest with ourselves. Self-Honesty is the key to success in life and writing our own stories. And for me, as a psychologist I am, writing my own story and working with this story.. gave me the chance to help others people to understand their stories.

Curiosity also needs courage to do some things differently than we did in the past. Without courage to do something else, we literally live in a soap bubble and one day that bubble can explode. Let’s take the initiative and blow the bubble, step outside and live more wisely and in harmony with ourselves and who we really are.

We have a chance everyday to do a good thing for us, to not live in uncertainty anymore. Take action about your life and don’t let the negative emotions and energy to overwhelm you. You are more than a negative feeling, you are a curious human being who wants to live the life at the highest level.

Live more in curiosity- the desire to know more about yourself can help you to break your old patterns and helps you to achieve your desired inner peace. Challenge yourself to be curious about your life and what present can bring in your field.
